⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a fellow local business owner, I’ve enjoyed getting to know this business and have been impressed by their professionalism and dedication to serving the community. They are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to diesel performance, maintenance, and repair, and they have earned the trust of many people throughout the area. It’s always refreshing to meet business owners who are passionate about what they do and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend connecting with them if you’re looking for a trusted diesel expert.

Tom was great! Found out I had a bad glow plug right before going on vacation. Tom sent me a very reasonable estimate and worked with me to have my son bring my truck to the shop and pick it up the next day while we were out of town. I will definitely take my truck to Tom and his team in the future!

Tom and his team are exceptional! I experienced a check engine light and poor performance on my 2006 Ram 5.9L. I brought it in, and Tom quickly diagnosed the problem. He's very honest; he didn't try to push unnecessary repairs or services and provided a fair estimate. I left my truck with them and proceeded with the recommended repairs. They worked hard to fix it promptly, and now it runs better than ever! Tom also communicates excellently, keeping me updated throughout the process so I knew exactly what was happening with my truck. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy mechanic, go to Big Dogg Diesel. I won't trust anyone else with my truck’s service or repairs. Thanks, guys!

Tom and his team are amazing. my 6.7 blew the motor and he went above and beyond to get it replaced. Communication was top notch and had it finished before he said it would be done. One week for a new engine is unheard of, other shops were 2-3 weeks out and i dropped it off same day. He is my go to diesel shop, most knowledgeable guys. If you own any ford diesel do yourself a favor and call Tom!! Thanks guys Big Dogg Custom Diesel Works

Being your Rig to Big Dogg’s and Tom and his team will get it straight for ya and that’s a fact. Brought my 2020 F250 Diesel to Big Dogg with some serious transmission problems. Gears all over the place, hard shifting, skipping gears, error codes. They diagnosed the issue, provided options and advice for next steps forward. Communication while my truck was there was great and on point. Ended up approving replacing the Transmission with a new OE ford 10 speed. Big Dogg’s shop was slammed with work and limited capacity with team on shift yet Tom and his team managed to get my stuff on order and wrench on my truck to get it back in a few days.
